Very Very firm. Easy return. Excellent customer service from Amazon.
This mattress is super firm. We like a firm mattress but this was way too firm for us. Our 3 year old nephew wouldn't sleep on it. Then an out of town guest slept on it for one night and chose the recliner for his second night. I tried napping on it and wasn't comfortable either. If you like a super firm mattress then this is for you. but if you want some padding then you may be unhappy with this one. We returned it and the process was very simple and convenient. If you do have to return it call customer service directly and they'll handle it. You don't have to do a thing. But don't try to do the online returns...it won't work and UPS won't be able to pick it up with the label.
