WELL, let me tell you, this was SUCH a fantastic purchase! It's BETTER than my super-spendy city mattress! It did not come in a box, it came in a bag, and it was delivered quite quickly. It expanded within just a few hours, and it was super comfortable from the very first night. It's firm, but does feel cozy and welcoming, yet super supportive. I can't say enough about this mattress....really. It's perfection.
