Hi, I’ve been trying to place an order from your website https://www.sunrisingbedding.com/, but it seems to fail every time, please help!

Hi there, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Here are some steps for the troubleshooting. Thank you for your patience.
1, Please check your credit card balance and make sure it supports USD currency payment.
2, Please do not use anonymous IP when placing the order.
3, Please pay attention to the correctness of your credit card number and expiration date, as well as the CVC or AVS code when making the payment. Please kindly be advised that Stripe will not charge twice for the same order.
4. If your credit card issuer and your delivery address are not in the same country, please contact the card issuer first to obtain the authorized transaction authority.
5. If, after entering all the information needed, as well as the credit card info, it returns to the form you had filled out, not a confirmation page, with a "place order" button. Please don’t worry, it might be because of the risk control of the Stripe Credit Card Acquisition Center or simply a system error due to congestion. You may try again a couple hours later or another day, you can also update your browser to a higher version or pay with a new credit card.
6. Make sure the billing address is the same as your credit card billing address. Do not make repeated payments for more than four times for the same order at the same time.

I have been trying to call your company several times today but I never get an answer. What happened?

Hi there, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We are a family company located in VA, sometimes we might not be able to pick up your phone in time because we may be busy arranging shipments or something else. Please do not worry, leave us an email with the issues you concern about, or call us later. We will go back to you as soon as we can. In the meantime, here are some steps that may help you out if checking your order status.

1. Go to https://www.sunrisingbedding.com/order-inquiry, input you order number and the email address you left, then you should be able to track down where your package is.

2. If you cannot find a tracking number there, chances are that we arranged your order via Amazon, and Amazon has not shipped it out yet. Please kindly be patient and bear in mind that it usually takes Amazon 3 to 5 business days to deliver.

3. If you don’t have an order number because you haven’t received any order confirmation email yet. Check out your junk mail box, our system send out order confirmation email once we receive your order.

4. If you cannot find an order confirmation email in the junk mail box, check if your bank account is successfully charged, if yes, email us or give us a call, the best time to call us would be after 4 p.m. Pacific Time. Thank you very much for your patience and understanding!

Regarding the 20-year warranty, where/who do we contact? It seems our latex layer has degraded.  I can feel and see the coils now.

How does the warranty work?

Within 20 years, if your mattress has over 1 inch body impression/hollow, or sag, lump caused by manufacture defects, you can contact our customer service customservice@sunrisingbed.com and we'll deliver you another new mattress for free. Is the mattress single-sided or double-sided(flipable)? How can we revolve it?

The mattress is single-sided. For our memory foam mattress, there is no need for revolving or rotating. For our innerspring mattress, you can rotate it every half year, which means placing the head of the mattress at the foot of the bed.

How is the mattress shipped?

This mattress will be compressed and rolled into a box , then shipped to your door. The shipping is free and won’t damage the mattress.

Can the mattress support overweight persons? About weight limit?

Our mattress can support weight as heavy as 800lb, so there's no problem to support overweight persons. It won't sag or leave body impression/hollow on the mattress.

Is your 12 inch good for a stomach sleeper/back sleeper/side sleeper?

Our 12 inch are defined as a firm mattress in memory foam category, but not super firm. So If you are a stomach or back sleeper, this should work great for you. If you are side sleeper, you can also have comfortable sleep on the mattress by adding a soft topper.

Is the mattress good for back pain/arthritis/sciatica/scoliosis/hip pain/shoulder pain?

Yes, if you have the above and the following health problems, our mattress will give you a great relief to help you have a good rest. The following problems are acid reflux, allergies, fibromyalgia, neck pain, osteoporosis, plus size, restless leg, restricted mobility, sleep apnea, sleeping hot, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis.
