2. If you cannot find a tracking number there, chances are that we arranged your order via Amazon, and Amazon has not shipped it out yet. Please kindly be patient and bear in mind that it usually takes Amazon 3 to 5 business days to deliver.
3. If you don’t have an order number because you haven’t received any order confirmation email yet. Check out your junk mail box, our system send out order confirmation email once we receive your order.
