Arrived in flattened state in plastic. It sprung into shape in a few minutes looking beautiful and having absolutely no odor!!!! We've slept on it for two weeks and are extremely pleased with the feel, and the covering looks great. A number of years ago I spent several thousand to get a pure organic rubber mattress and it started to sink in a few years! The warrenty was awful and I had no recourse to get another. I am ordering another Sunrise for my guest room!!! If I had help to upload a picture, I would, but sorry I cannot do it.
