
Sunrising Bedding Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want your experience to be smooth from start to finish, so here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.
1. Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days, and often within just 1 business day.
Please note that we don't ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Most deliveries take 5–10 business days.
If you're close to our Fredericksburg, VA location, you might get your order in as little as 2–3 days.
3. Order & Shipping Confirmation
You'll receive both an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email.
If you don't see them, please contact us, as it could be a system issue or an incorrect email address.
4. Shipping Area Restrictions
We offer free shipping within the continental U.S.
At this time, we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or other remote/island regions.
5. Alternative Fulfillment Locations
Your order may occasionally ship from our Amazon warehouse depending on inventory.
If so, tracking may take a few extra days to update.
We'll let you know ahead of time if this happens.
6. Shipping Loss & Delay Resolution
We primarily ship via FedEx.
If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or if tracking hasn't updated for over 30 days, please contact us.
We'll start a trace investigation, and if the shipment is confirmed lost or misdelivered, we'll send a free replacement.
7. Multiple Mattresses & Tracking Numbers
Each mattress has its own tracking number.
If you order multiple mattresses, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each one.
If you're missing a tracking number, don't worry—just contact us.
Packages from the same order usually arrive together, but it's normal for them to arrive a few days apart.
8. Incorrect Address
If you realize your address is incorrect after shipping, please contact us.
We'll provide a free shipping label to help redirect the package.
9. Order Cancellation
Once an item has shipped, it's difficult to intercept it.
If you still wish to cancel, we'll send a return label once it arrives.
Please make sure the mattress is unopened and in its original packaging.
10. Damaged or Soiled Items
If your mattress arrives damaged or dirty, please send us photos or a short video.
We'll review it right away and arrange compensation or a replacement.
11. Mattress Handling Advice
Our mattresses arrive compressed and vacuum-sealed.
If you have limited mobility or are elderly, we recommend getting assistance when moving or unpacking.
12. Additional Notes
Your mattress needs at least 24 hours after unboxing to fully expand.
