Amazing the difference this makes
I have and like a very firm mattress but somedays I wake up and the first thing that crosses my mind is"what's going to hurt first". I heard that a gel pad would help provide some comfort without turning my mattress too soft and this does the trick. It comes very compressed and I left it sitting out for a couple of days, one to make sure it was fully poofed and the other because I needed help getting it onto the bed. I put is under my mattress pad and slept like a baby. I'll be putting these on all my mattresses. I previously tried a thicker one but 2 inches seems to work best to give some cushion without making my back hurt from a too soft bed.
