I opened the SR mattress. What's inside There is 7 inch encased Coils. 1 cm talalay latex. The cover has 1 thin line of Cashmere + 1.5cm memory foam. This SR mattress is firm. It will help for your back pain. If you want a real latex mattress, you can add 2"or 3"natural medium or soft latex topper from pure green 100% latex. I did try others, but i had to return later. I wish SR make a mattress with 3 inch Dunlop latex and a zipper for Amazon's customer. Not with 1cm talalay latex and said 1 inch. Please correct the mattress information.This mattress is amazing. It is so incredibly soft and comfortable I never want to leave the bed.
