Too firm for my personal taste
I ordered this mattress expecting it would help with my lower back pain but it was way too firm for me. It worked the opposite way and I was waking up 3 to 4 times a night with acute back pain. I called Amazon explaining what was happening and they returned my money back almost immediately. Thank you Amazon for a great service. That's why I am giving a 3 stars rating. 1 star for the super firm mattress that I really did not like and 5 stars for Amazon amazing customer service, averages 3 stars.
